1. Introduction

  • Web & mobile applications
  • IT consulting
  • Cloud infrastructure solutions

(collectively, “Services”).

All content, designs, graphics, code, software, and data on https://nuvate.in/ are the property of Nuvate or its licensors. YOU DO NOT acquire ownership rights by using the Services.

7. Service Fees

Where applicable, fees for Services will be documented separately, agreed in writing, and paid as per the terms outlined in your service agreement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUVATE PROVIDES ALL SERVICES “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NUVATE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nuvate and its employees, directors, partners, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of any law.

12. Modifications to Terms

Nuvate may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will apply from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka, India.
